Unlike conventional chamfering machines, it removes burrs by moving the cutting tool while the workpiece is fixed, preventing scratches on the workpiece. Since it uses a non-rotating cutting blade, there is no noise or flying chips, and the chamfered surface is clean with no secondary burrs.
